◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
As a gathering place to unite Mexico’s most beloved tastes and traditions, The Casa Market brings the best of Mexico together.
From Papantla, Veracruz, where the tradition of producing our premium vanilla dates back to 1873, to Calvillo, Aguascalientes, where generation after generation has slowly perfected the cultivation of sweet and mild guavas, to the vibrant plateau of Central Mexico, where quince, hibiscus and fig are harvested by hand—The Casa Market is a single destination for exploring the culinary legacies of Mexico.
Our deep appreciation for Mexico’s rich agricultural history is shown in our partnerships with local farmers. These relationships ensure the prosperity of the farmers and their land, while giving our customers access to gourmet marmalades, pastes and ingredients exclusively created from fruits indigenous to Mexico’s rural communities.

Enjoy our Products
The most important thing at Casa Market is that our customers fall in love with our gourmet products and discover something new, the delicious flavors and colors of beautiful Mexico, México lindo.
Marmalade
The hibiscus is a beautiful flower, but it in its dried form turns into a culinary sensation. The petals have a cranberry color and are tart in flavor and are also very high in Vitamin C. In a jelly form this wonderful blend exudes flavor of apples and berries but with a slightly tangy finish.
Paste
Our guava paste recipe, gives us the opportunity to taste the authentic guava from Aguascalientes. Through a careful process that gives us the perfect balance between consistency, flavor and aroma you can achieve a delicious combination when paired with your favorite cheese for your gatherings and special occasions.
Quince paste gives us an opportunity to enjoy a rich European tradition, combined with the best of summer harvest in Mexico.
Enjoy its flavor pairing it with aged cheese, blending their textures and aromas.
Vanilla
Vanilla Extract
Here in Casa Papantla, we care about the well-being of the hardworking people who make our products a reality: Farmers. When you choose to purchase our delicious organic vanilla extract, you also choose to help a farmer grow his farm, feed his family, and continue to serve you. In turn, we can enjoy more opportunities to give back – all thanks to your purchase.
Vanilla Paste
The vanilla paste is almost the same as the vanilla extract, the diference being that it contains more sugar and comes with vanilla bean seeds. The vanilla paste can be used in the same way as vanilla extract but can serve better on decorations because of the vanilla bean seeds
Vanilla is native to the city of Papantla, Veracruz, Mexico. Did you know that the vanilla orchid is the only orchid to produce edible fruit? These orchids take a long time to grow, and the process of extracting the fruit is not simple. In fact, it can take up to 13 months. Savor the flavor – knowing that your vanilla beans have worked hard to satisfy your taste-buds!
